Did Farmers Buy MetLife?
If you are one of our many clients insured with MetLife, you may have recently seen communication from the carrier that MetLife was purchased by Farmers Insurance. This type of acquisition is not unusual in the insurance industry and should have absolutely no disruption to you or the level of service you have come to expect from MetLife Insurance.
You will see communications from Foremost a part of the Farmers Insurance Group going forward. Foremost is the division of Farmers that bought the MetLife Property & Casualty book of business.
